Sessions will be conducted at either Coach Mike's home gym in Gulfport or at the Gulfport waterfront park.

Clients don't need to have any Muay Thai or striking experience. From advanced fighters to beginners, Coach Mike will design a program for you.

We will provide all the necessary equipment for your first sessions. When you decide to stick with Apex and the sport of Muay Thai we do recommend you purchase your own equipment which we are happy to assist with. 

All sessions will include a mix of fundamental technique work as well as intensive cardio and core time. 

Introductory sessions with Coach Mike are free. Individual sessions are $75. Discounts are offered to clients that buy packages. Discuss with Coach Mike for more details.

Payment is accepted in the form of cash or your preferred payment app (Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, etc)

Sessions are currently 1-on-1 with Coach Mike. As we expand, expect to see more information about group classes and a future permanent location.
